I love when my apple trees bloom

I have two fruitless crap apple trees in front of my house. I love it when they bloom. It only last a few short days. This year I went outside to do some work under one of the trees and i could not believe how they were buzzing away. Hundreds of bees where in the tree doing their work. At first I thought my tree was electric.

Tomatoes

It is that time of year again. Time to start thinking about what kind of Tomatoes to plant. Some of my favorite are; early girls, Big Boys, and Celebrity. I think I will head off to the nusery tomorrow.

The Forsythia is in bloom

The Forsythia is in bloom. They say that when the Forsythia is in bloom it is time to feed your roses in the spring. I guess I'll be going to Lowes this week end to buy a ton of Rose Food. I have a lot of rose bushes. Probably 50 different rose bushes. A lot of them are hedge roses. Which I love!

Will Spring come?

Waiting for spring for a gardner can be a long wait. I love the flowers I got for my birthday! it makes me beleive spring will come
